Departments

Technical Department
Charged with over seeing all technical matters of the college. Tutoring college students, Setting up of course curricula, and all such technical matters.
The technical department has two levels of membership - 1) The Senior technical department members (7th Dan and above with Instructor qualification) will act as a resource for all tutors, and will act as a review board on all matters of complaint or arbitration. 2) The General technical department members (5th Dan - 6th Dan with instructor qualification).
History and Philosophy
Department
Charged with the research and recording of the history of karate in general and in particular of the Caribbean. The exploration of the philosophy of karate and it application in relation to the people of the Caribbean
Medical Department
Charged with the reserch and exploration of the science of sport medicine as it affects the training of all karateka. With the expressed aim of improving the way we train karate, while addressing the specific needs of groups, such as children, adult males & females, seniors.
Legal Department
Charged with advising and education of karateka as to the legal implications of the practice of karate and its use in special situations. To advise on the legal issues of the college.
Social Department
Charged with assessing the needs of the community and recommending ways to meet these needs by the use of Karate or the CKC Resources.
Finance

Department

Charged with the education of the setting up and running of Karate as a small buisness. To advise on the financiale development of the college.
IT 
Department
Charged with the development, education and use of of IT programmes of the college.
